Simon City Royal gang member accused of multiple burglaries, causing terror | Crime

Joshua Jones Galjour, 32, of Maple Street in Ocean Springs faces several burglary charges and one count of burglary of an occupied dwelling causing terror, according to Jackson County Sheriff Mike Byrd.
On Wednesday, September 19, Galjour, who is a known Simon City Royal gang member, allegedly used an axe to break through the front door of a home, Byrd said.
The homeowner reportedly confronted Galjour in the hallway. Galjour was arrested. Three days later he was arrested again for allegedly breaking into Fountain Auto Sales and vehicles at the business.
Galjour now faces one count of commercial burglary of a business, one count of commercial burglary of an automobile and one count of burglary of an occupied dwelling causing terror.
He was out on felony bond through the Narcotics Task Force of Jackson County after allegedly manufacturing a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and generating hazardous waste.
Byrd said additional charges are pending.
If convicted of commercial burglary, Galjour could be sentenced to seven years in the Mississippi Department of Correction and a $10,000 fine. If convicted of the burglary of an occupied dwelling causing terror, Galjour could be sentenced to 25 years in the Mississippi Department of Corrections and a $10,000 fine.
He is being held at the Jackson County Adult Detention Center awaiting an initial appearance.
